The Maple Park Family Fund Committee is accepting families that will not be able to provide for their families this Christmas Season. If your family needs assistance or you know of a family,please call Julie Little at 815-827-3572 after 6:00 p.m. We will provide you with a Holiday Assistance Application to fill out. All names and information are strictly confidential. Families seeking assistance cannot receive assistance from any other agency or organizations and must fill out the application form. Deadline for the return of application forms will be November 20th. Late names and forms will not be processed.
This year the Maple Park Family Fund Raffle will be held at the Maple Park Pub on December 5th. If you have not joined us in the past we hope to see you this year. This is our only fund raiser and all proceeds go directly to families in Maple Park. This is truly a community affair making sure every Maple Park family can enjoy the Holiday Season.
